Aqua Palms Resort — Al Ahyaa, delivered 2018
Our first project, and still the busiest: 300 apartments with a gym, spa, restaurant, swimming pool, housekeeping, reception and 24/7 security. Two units are listed, and they sit at opposite ends of the range.
Studio Aqua Palms — €27,900
38 m², one bathroom, first floor, with a direct poolside view. It is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy. The price is a fixed cash price rather than a discounted one, and maintenance fees are required and paid together with the purchase price.
Penthouse — €61,000, reduced from €78,000
170 m², two bedrooms, two bathrooms, with a private roof terrace included. It is listed as a hot offer at €17,000 below the original price.
Aqua Infinity Resort — El Gouna Road, delivered 2024
Approximately 340 apartments with integrated services, and the address of our own sales office. Three units are listed here, from a studio to a three-bedroom apartment, and this is where the deepest published discounts sit.

One detail is easy to miss. C103 and C205 each carry two published discount rates — 40% for cash, or 35% off on instalments — which is worth understanding before you decide how to pay.

The full release is now published: 352 apartments across 62 distinct layouts, from 30 m² studios to 137 m² three-bedroom apartments, on five levels from the pool level up to the third floor. Every unit in the release carries a 40% cash discount.

Because many apartments repeat exactly — same type, same view, same area, same price — the AQUA ORGWAN units page lists each combination once and tells you how many are available, rather than printing 352 near-identical rows. Bear in mind this is an off-plan release: the building is under construction, every image is a visualisation, and the layout drawings show a reference unit of that type.
Sold out
Aqua Tropical Resort (around 270 apartments, delivered 2021) and Aqua Blue Bay Project (30 exclusive apartments directly on the beach, delivered 2023) are both sold out. If you had your eye on one of those two, ask us anyway and we will tell you where things stand.
